The following is a list of books that address different aspects of divorce. This bibliography is intended to aid you in seeking more information on the topic of divorce and related issues. These books are a representative cross section of books on the topic of divorce. There are many more, however, available at your local bookstore that you may find interesting.

We would also like to stress that any opinions put forth in the books listed are not necessarily those of Gagne McChrystal De Lorenzo & Burghardt or the Milwaukee, Wisconsin, family law attorneys here. It is our intent that you use this bibliography as a survey so you can decide on purchasing only books you deem helpful.

We encourage you to read the children’s books with your children. They can be used as a tool to open up the lines of communication. Please take from the books any advice or insights you find useful, but remember that not all families are alike and therefore some books may not be suited to your particular situation.

We hope that you enjoy any and all of these selections and welcome your feedback and/or suggestions for other books you may come across that are not listed here. Enjoy.
