Seek An Out-Of-Court Resolution Through Mediation

Mediation is an alternative way to resolve legal disputes. Typically, the mediator is an impartial third party in charge of facilitating the conversation. During the mediation process, the two disputing parties can air their grievances and explore their options. The goal of mediation is to encourage communication and eventually reach a settlement. Mediation also allows the couple to avoid the emotional and financial costs of litigation.
